"Pretty easy to use, from what I remember"
I’ve used Goldstar a handful of times now, the main thing I remember is that it didn’t make me work too hard. The website is easy enough to figure out, and finding events near me was quick. I don’t remember every filter, but the ones I used made sense.
The app has been simple too, which I appreciate. I mostly just need to find my tickets or order info without digging around, and so far that’s what I remember happening. I’ve pulled things up while out and don’t recall having any problems with it.
Checkout was also smooth and clear. No weird extra pages that stuck in my mind, which is usually a good sign. Overall, easy experience and I’d give it 5 stars.

"Refund process was easy, but I felt a little stuck"
My show ended up getting canceled, and Goldstar gave me credit quickly, which I appreciated. I’ll admit I felt a little trapped at first because the cash refund option wasn’t super clear, and it seemed like I was just being pushed toward using credit. In the end, it worked out okay though. I used the credit for another event later and didn’t have any real issues.

I’ve been checking this often since there are a few places near me, and it’s nice not having to go too far to find something decent. The selection is usually good, with plenty of options to look through, though every now and then the thing I want is already sold out.

"Helpful updates before the event"
They kept me in the loop before the event, which I really appreciated. I didn’t have to chase anyone for info or wonder what was going on. that made things feel way less stressful. Then boom—everything was just ready when it needed to be

"Good prices, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I did end up saving money on show tickets, and everything worked fine in the end. The prices were definitely good, which I appreciated. That said, when I had a question, I kind of felt dismissed instead of actually helped, so the experience was just okay overall.

I used goldstar.com to book tickets, it was kind of a relief. I’m so tired of sites making you jump through a bunch of extra steps just to buy something, but this was straightforward. I found the date I wanted, picked my seats, checked out, and got the confirmation right away. Nothing weird, nothing frustrating. It just worked, which feels rare these days

The seats were decent overall. The seat assignment part was a little confusing at first, but it wasn’t a big deal once we figured it out.

I ran into a small issue with my tickets the other day while I was trying to get everything sorted before heading out, and support actually replied quicker than I expected. It did take one extra message back and forth to fully fix it, but it was smooth overall and the help was good

"No weird fee surprises"
I used Goldstar to get tickets, i just had a really good feeling about the whole thing. The fees were shown before I paid, so it didn’t have that annoying, sneaky vibe where the price suddenly jumps at the end.
Even after the fees, the total still felt solid to me. The whole process was easy enough, nothing complicated or frustrating, and I’d definitely use it again.
